Your Program

It’s called Personal Training because it is a personalised program and experience.  This is the step by step system to designing a program for you and getting you started:

1. INITIAL MEETING

First we will meet to chat and get to know each other but most importantly to find out all about you: what’s been bothering you about your health and fitness, what your goals are, what you want to achieve by when and what exercise you are currently doing.

2. EXERCISE EVALUATION

Before starting any exercise it is vital to understand your physical capabilities. In the exercise evaluation I will run you through some standard exercises to see how well you can do them. This is an important part of the personal training process – which many trainers do not do – to understand what level to start a program and what specific exercises you will need as part of it.

3. TRIAL SESSION

Before committing to a program you can experience a Timo Topp Training Session to give you an idea of the fun and effective training I offer.

4. PROPOSAL

After this I will have an exact idea of who you are, your current fitness level and what you want to achieve. I will put together a personalised plan of action and proposal for you to approve.

5. YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY!

You are now on your way to the new healthier, happier, stronger, more toned and energised you!
