A short history

After coaching managers and executives to improve their wellbeing, I became acutely aware how difficult it was for them to stay healthy at work. They needed practical strategies to invest in their wellbeing that were easy to implement and effective. This is why I created the 'workbeing' program to educate and inspire people to be busy and healthy.
